Processing Time
All orders are handmade or hand-packed with care and typically ship within 3-5 business days of purchase. During busy seasons or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer, we'll always do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible.

Shipping Times
Once shipped, delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout:

• Standard Shipping: 5-8 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 3-4 business days

Please note these are estimates provided by our shipping carriers and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package's journey.

Packaging
Many of our items are natural, delicate, or one-of-a-kind. We take extra care in packaging every order to minimize the risk of damage during transit. If your item arrives damaged, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for next steps.

International Shipping
