Bath Instructions: Each purchase comes with 4 medium-sized muslin bags. Draw your bath, and once the water turns steamy, drop in a pouch as you would a tea bag. Let it steep as your bath fills, then step in and enjoy the magic.

Shower Instructions: If using these bath soaks as a shower steamer, pour about ⅛ of the bottle into a small muslin bag to keep the herbs from clogging your drain. Turn on your shower and let the water reach your ideal temperature, then wait until you're just about to step in before placing the bag where your feet will rest.
