Bath Instructions: Each purchase comes with 4 medium-sized muslin bags. Draw your bath, and once the water turns steamy, drop in a pouch as you would a tea bag. Let it steep as your bath fills, then step in and enjoy the magic.

Shower Instructions: If using these bath soaks as a shower steamer, pour about ⅛ of the bottle into a small muslin bag to keep the herbs from clogging your drain.
